Keith Olbermann's 10-Foot High Head

That's life-sized actually once you factor in The Ego.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, President-elect Barack Obama is on his way to the big screen, thanks to a deal between MSNBC and Screenvision that will put the news channel's inaugural coverage in 27 theaters around the country. Free tickets are being handed out via MSNBC.com to see the inauguration and parade from 11 a.m.-3:30 p.m. ET at the 27 theaters run by 11 exhibitor partners in 21 markets. That means that Keith Olbermann, Rachel Maddow, Chris Matthews and other MSNBC and NBC personalities will play the big movie screen in addition to the usual MSNBC cable and satellite stream.

Ahhhh. The Ego and the Big Screen. We meet at last. We always knew that one day we'd be a major motion picture star. Or something.

See? I can be nice to people.

Keith Olbermann's Ego is perfectly capable of being nice to people, even women. In this case it was Rachel Maddow.
Keith (Olbermann) showed me how to read the teleprompter. He stayed late one night and walked me through it. I filled in for him a few times, and then I did a stint of eight or nine days. That was it before the show launched.
See there? Keith Olbermann can be unselfish. Yeah yeah yeah, it was all so she could sub for The Ego as the Ego took some much-needed vacay time but at least I cared enough about my vacation audience to make sure that my sub could at least read the teleprompter in my absence. Who says the Ego isn't a giver?

Herman Munster?

Jon Stewart no longer amuses Keith Olbermann's Ego. And it's obvious that he's not only painfully unfunny, he's also in some dire need of glasses. Why? Because he compared Rachel Maddow to "Marilyn" on the Munsters. You know, the pretty blonde? My point exactly. Anyway, JS went on to say this:
Using "The Munsters" as an analogy, he said: "Here's what I think when I watch MSNBC — you're Marilyn. But everyone else over there is fucking nuts. Now I'm not going to tell you who Herman Munster is, but I will tell you I believe Chris Matthews is the dragon who lives under the stairs."
The Ego is going to pretend he does not resemble that remark in any way, shape, or form and believes instead that Stewart must have been implying that Joe Scarborough is the Herman in our group (even though The Ego is the one with the freakishly huge forehead and is known to be a tall and yes, somewhat clumsy).

Keith Olbermann is Evil.

Keith Olbermann is Evil. So says Sarah Palin. Sarah who? Oh yeah. THAT Sarah Palin. The one who got her butt beat in the 2008 presidential election and was who was sent home packing to Alaska with her newly purchased designer wardrobe. Anyway, seems Sarah P has a lot of time to vent these days and who should she vent at? The genius that is Keith Olbermann's Gigantic Ego. Here, let the great (but not as great as Keith Olbermann is) Think Progress lay out it for you:
Right-winger John Ziegler — who is waging a one-man crusade to prove that President-elect Obama won the election solely because of “media bias” — recently interviewed Gov. Sarah Palin (R-AK). In a gushing description published on a new website devoted to making Hollywood more conservative, Ziegler details Palin’s reaction to seeing a photo of MSNBC host Keith Olbermann: W]hen she looked at the back cover of my first film…and saw the photo of one of the film’s targets, Keith Olbermann, she literally let out a shriek and, pointing to his photograph, declared, “THAT guy is EVIL!” Ziegler wrote that, after the interview, “I know, with moral certitude, that the media assassination of [Palin], her character and family, was one of the greatest public injustices of our time.”
Media assassination? Did this Ziegler guy check out the way that Palin tried to assassinate the English language?

I think I like this Twitter thing.

Keith Olbermann's Ego is really beginning to like this thing called Twitter. First it told me that Bill O'Reilly was gay, now it's telling me that Sanchez is on crack. That explains so very much about them both don't you think?

Twitter This.

Keith Olbermann's Ego had absolutely nothing to do with the hacking of Fixed News' Twitter account. The Ego doesn't even know what twittering is all about. But the Ego enjoys reading anything that might remotely be perceived as embarrassing to BOR or Fixed News.

Say What Anderson Cooper?

So Anderson Cooper threw down this challenge to the greatness that is Keith Olbermann's Ego last night:
I could "take" both of them (Chris Matthews & Keith Olbermann) in an arm wrestle.
Have any of you seen how painfully skinny Cooper is? Keith Olbermann's Ego could just sit on the little pipsqueak and crush him. And Matthews could just bore him to death.
