MSNBC's Keith Olbermann took offense to a post I wrote Saturday that referred to him as "slumping." He didn't dispute any of the facts in my piece, he just went on the attack with his usual innuendo, slurs and bombast over my characterization of his performance in the ratings.Innuendo, slurs, and bombast? Who the hell is this idiot describing? Bill O'Reilly? And this idiot has the nerve to link to some right-wing loving website with obviously flawed data concerning The Ego's ratings. Well as we know there are lies, damn lies, and then there are statistics. And The Ego never ever pays attentions to things like statistics. Because they lie. Alot.
That being said Keith Olbermann's Ego would like to say a special word of thanks to the many minions who went to this idiot's website and complained bitterly about his maligning of The Ego. Of course, the Ego expects no less from his minions.

I think he just got boring and too pompous to take on a nightly basis. So his ratings have taken a hit. But I can't imagine he's happy about this in the least.
Of all the nights for KO to be off on vacay. Palin has resigned.
Keith, you need some fresh stuff for your show. A segment a little like something you'd see on The Soup, and one like you'd see on The Daily Show. The rest should be more like Rachel's. You should ask her for advice, too, before you lose more of your audience.
Why would the great Ego that is Keith Olbermann's Ego stoop to ask a novice like Rachel Maddow for advice on anything? Keith Olbermann needs no help as these ratings are just another lie perpetuated by the right-wing media.
